Referral Information

The team at Murdoch Oncology is committed to:

Rapid assessment of new referrals
Open lines of communication between Murdoch Oncology specialists and referring medical practitioners

Referring practitioners

Referrals can be emailed, faxed or sent via our Healthlink ID (see below) for processing and booking for an initial appointment. Please include patient phone numbers and any supporting documents such as pathology reports or radiology (images and reports) with the referral.
